Workshops and Events
- Bookings: Workshop spots are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Participation: By attending our workshops, you agree to follow the safety instructions provided by the facilitator.
- Liability: Insy's Artistry is not liable for any personal injury or damage to personal property sustained during a workshop, except where caused by our proven negligence.
- Kids Workshops: For participants under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent.
Payments, Shipping, and Returns
- Payment: We accept payment through the methods indicated on our website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
- Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
- Returns & Refunds (Products): If you are not satisfied with a physical product, please contact us within [7] days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.
- Cancellations (Workshops): Workshop cancellations made more than [48] hours before the event may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than [48] hours prior are non-refundable.
